My 2023 build included an ACT D'MAND (ACT1) with my tankless water heater. 3 years later, I found out they stand by their product. Leonard (from the Customer Service team) helped me reset the pump to get it working again and fixed an issue where the pump would only stay on for seconds and wouldn't allow it to run in the middle of the day. This is excellent post customer service and I highly recommend this product and company.
I have owned two ACT D’MAND recirculating pumps, and two Bluetooth remotes to trigger the system from the various faucets around the house. The pump brings hot water to the tap so I don’t have to run the water and wait for the hot water to come to the tap. The product is good/solid and the technical support is second to none…If you have an issue they will help you run an issue down and fix it. I purchased ACT D'Mand Kontrols Systems ACT1 product with blue tooth options. The product works well, IF you can figure out the blue tooth app setup, but the support / customer service is extremely slow to respond after leaving a couple of voice messages. No one has responded to my email requests for support. 5 Star product - 1 Star for customer support

I installed two C3-100's in my house (two branches to my plumbing line). They work perfectly and were very easy to install once I had pulled wire through to the under sink areas for power and to connect the switches.
