I have owned two ACT D’MAND recirculating pumps, and two Bluetooth remotes to trigger the system from the various faucets around the house. The pump brings hot water to the tap so I don’t have to run the water and wait for the hot water to come to the tap. The product is good/solid and the technical support is second to none…If you have an issue they will help you run an issue down and fix it. I purchased ACT D'Mand Kontrols Systems ACT1 product with blue tooth options. The product works well, IF you can figure out the blue tooth app setup, but the support / customer service is extremely slow to respond after leaving a couple of voice messages. No one has responded to my email requests for support. 5 Star product - 1 Star for customer support

I installed two C3-100's in my house (two branches to my plumbing line). They work perfectly and were very easy to install once I had pulled wire through to the under sink areas for power and to connect the switches.
BEST customer service experience EVER! Mike Ray walked me through how to identify the problem I was having with my recirculation pump, and what to do to fix it. Turns out that debris in our pipes interfered with the functioning of a valve. Mike Ray figured out what was going on, and directed me how to deal with it. Now the hot water gets to an upstairs bathroom MUCH more quickly than before. We’re happily saving lots of water with our Act D’Mand pump. I’d do business with this company anytime, any place.
