I lived in 206 Center st. when I was attending Frostburg from 2015-2018 with 4 roommates and had a great experience. You cant beat the location right across from campus. Geoff (the landlord) was easy to get a hold of when we needed him, maintenance requests were addressed quickly and the yard was well kept. Moving in and out was easy since the place came fully furnished. Geoff was personable, reasonable, and easier to work with than most of the property managers I've dealt with since!
