We were disappointed with the service after the sale. ACT1 tiled our shower. They apparently did not put proper spacing between the tiles. After a little over a year, we noticed that the grout had fallen out and water was pooling between the tiles. We contacted ACT1 and it took several attempts to get the response that they would try to get someone to look at it in a couple of weeks. Had a set appointment, they never showed up nor did they call! I went to see what was their problem, told daughter had other things to do. The man that was due to my home was sitting in his big chair and looked at me like what do you need! Never do business with these people!

Super easy to deal with! A quick estimate process and the installation took less than 2 days for 3 bedrooms and a hallway. The installers were fantastic too. Over all, a fantastic experience. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
