Bernie called 2 hours after the scheduled appointment. I was already back at work, of course. He told me he’d come back next day. I called three days later to ask what the deal was… he showed up next day asking me what the issue with the irrigation was even though I explained three times. Sent a message to acs in early Oct asking for some help. I gave 2 dates of availability. I didn't hear anything. Roughly 2 weeks later I get multiple phones calls and texts saying they are available. I say everything is working. I then get an automated text saying I have an appt on a day/time I never knew anything about. WOW

They wanted $1200 to fix a 2 inch pvc pipe. The tech said he needed to move the sprinkler pump to do it. I cut and replaced the pvc pipe piece myself for $2. I was going to have them replace sprinkler heads. I'm sure that would have been another $1000. They are actually OUT OF THEIR MINDS! HMMM $2 or $1200. Oh and they offered a discount of $100..so it would be $1098 for $2 piece of pipe that I cut and glued and never had to move the pump. Unbelievable......
