My front lawn irrigation quit working. After 2 months, I called and explained what was going on. The person who answered the phone was polite and scheduled me promptly. Bernie called 2 hours after the scheduled appointment. I was already back at work, of course. He told me he’d come back next day. I called three days later to ask what the deal was… he showed up next day asking me what the issue with the irrigation was even though I explained three times.
