ACS Door Services did an *amazing* job with my garage door in Omaha! I was in a pinch for time, and with a garage door torsion spring broken, uncertain how to proceed, concerned it might be risky, and may have just needed help. I called ACS phone number and it was promptly answered by Theresa who let me know ACS' very reasonable rate and that ACS would even be able to respond the same day! Left a message on Friday evening. A response within short time and appointment set for the next day. Jonah called with timeframe he would be here. He was very courteous and after checking out the problem, told me what had to be done and proceeded to fix it. When finished, he explained what he had done. Very pleased with the service he provided.
Banged up my garage door with my car, and managed to find ACS who (with the help of their fantastic technicians), was able to find a new garage door and opener with satisfaction. Along side with a very efficient installation process.
Called ACS in the morning and they had Nicholas here that same day. Nicholas presented the different options of garage springs available and was up front about pricing. He was quick in getting the job done and very professional! Just overall a nice guy. Will do business with them again and would ask for Nicholas (Nick) I hope ACS realizes and appreciates what a great employee they have.
