Very disappointing experience. Avoid this company. I had a terrible experience with ACS Door Services, assigned to me through my home warranty provider (AHS). The technician arrived, quickly told me the garage door issue wasn’t covered, and said I would need to replace the entire unit—for $688 out of pocket. He didn’t wait for me to clarify coverage with AHS and seemed more interested in making a quick sale than actually helping. Rich arrived on time & did a great job.
Nicholas was on time, efficient and competent. Gave a complete estimate before commencing. Fixed the problem and another one which we hadn’t even noticed. Will definitely call for any future repairs.
ACS Door Services did an *amazing* job with my garage door in Omaha! I was in a pinch for time, and with a garage door torsion spring broken, uncertain how to proceed, concerned it might be risky, and may have just needed help. I called ACS phone number and it was promptly answered by Theresa who let me know ACS' very reasonable rate and that ACS would even be able to respond the same day! Left a message on Friday evening. A response within short time and appointment set for the next day. Jonah called with timeframe he would be here. He was very courteous and after checking out the problem, told me what had to be done and proceeded to fix it. When finished, he explained what he had done. Very pleased with the service he provided.
