After the torrential rainstorm Nashville got hit with a couple weeks ago, the roof started leaking from 3 different points on the roof at one of the vacation rental properties I manage downtown. I called ACS to come out last minute on a Sunday morning to fix the issue, and they were so wonderful to work with!! ACS commercial roofing applied a GE silicon coating application to cover the membrane roof at my office building in downtown Columbia. I chose this application over roof replacement because my roof was in good shape, the cost was much lower and the silicon roof came with a 20 year warranty.
