This company was wonderful for the first couple of years we had a contract with them for maintenance. But the last year they have been awful. We pay over $200 a year for a couple of visits usually, but it has been nearly 2 years since they have done the maintenance on our roof unit. They claim no technician wants to go on the roof, well why are we paying for a maintenance contract? 5-8-19. Emergency situation where water was leaking from ac unit on carpet. Called and immediately Deann said no problem someone would come. Technician Trae Beck came in a timely manner. He was very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable of the problem. Couldnt have asked for better service and a nicer technician. Repairs done quickly and problem solved. Thanks Trae and Deann.
