This company was wonderful for the first couple of years we had a contract with them for maintenance. But the last year they have been awful. We pay over $200 a year for a couple of visits usually, but it has been nearly 2 years since they have done the maintenance on our roof unit. They claim no technician wants to go on the roof, well why are we paying for a maintenance contract? 5-8-19. Emergency situation where water was leaking from ac unit on carpet. Called and immediately Deann said no problem someone would come. Technician Trae Beck came in a timely manner. He was very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable of the problem. Couldnt have asked for better service and a nicer technician. Repairs done quickly and problem solved. Thanks Trae and Deann. Bad unit ac.and propane combo. Bought the place with unit already outside. Placed over the septic tanks for pete sake! Motor went , ACS said it has 3 year warrenty..motor is carrier. Doesnt cool this 1300 ft mobile home. It was placed over the septic tank for pete sake. Motor went and was told 3 year warrenty, big lie. Carrier made the motor so I called the Carrier. 10 year warrent on the motor. Took old one to Macon and they replaced it for nothing, paid 100 bucks for a fella to install it. ACS is a rip off.
I own a rental property in Milledgeville, GA and I currently live in Colorado. Year after year they consistently provide me with the best customer service I could imagine, and all over the phone. From the office personnel to the technicians and even the manager. They under-promise and over-deliver every single time.
