I dont see why they hire so many people and fire the gob ones that are there i was there for 6months and they fired me cuz i didnt have 100% calls i had a little less then 96% and it wasnt nothing to be big just that i transfered provider calls to the provider help line. in which i was told to do by a sup.. its nonsense of hiring 20 people then just laying off 30 more people. just hire and train the ones that wanna be there like i wanted to be trained more but they wouldnt help.

I got hired here twice to work for two contracts at different times. However, none of which I made it through the training programs. It's not hard to train for, but what this company fails to tell you is when you go to apply and are hired: you must know that if you fail your tests during training you will not have a job. What makes it worse is you cannot bring anything home to study from. Plus, it's open book testing. That makes no diference in helping you to pass tests.
