Groupon Offer Too Good to Be True! I had an appointment at 1pm. No show. I called. No answer. I texted. They responded they were at a funeral and would call me when done. Now, why would they have not rescheduled, knowing they had a funeral? Next, there was no call. I called and texted again, and was told they would contact me the next day. No show. No Call. I am very happy with the service I received. I called early in the week and was able to have my carpets cleaned by the end of the week. Price was quoted over the phone and didn't change. We have pets and new puppy accidents that we did our best to clean but still felt there was a lingering odor. I am happy to say the carpets are clean and no pet odor.

We purchased a 5 room carpet cleaning voucher from Groupon for this company. We contacted George, setting up an appointment right away, establishing a date and time. We cleared out the 5 rooms of furniture in preparation for cleaning. George didn't show, we started calling him an hour after the appointment time, probable four times. He never did respond to our phone calls, and its been three days. After the fact, we reviewed other reviews and this seems to be a pattern. Stay away from this company.
