Terrific Team. Kevin and his team made the purchase of our new home go smoothly. Kevin was available by phone everyday and returned calls promptly if he was unable to answer a call. Kevin explained each step of the process. Kevin also made settling into our new home easier with his contacts to assist with many items such as getting our mailbox installed, and painting the garage. House of my dreams. I was comfortable with Karen as soon as I met her. She was fast in getting my house on the market and was very knowledgeable with every house we looked at. The house I chose was only going to take bids for 24 hrs. She didn’t hesitate to put in my bids and I got the house. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. Great experience!!! This business is owned by unethical business people. They have stolen money from me to the tune of $7,000. I have filed reports with Federal Trade Commission. I dont know what else to do. We've retained attorneys but they say these people are likely unable to pay because they are circling the proverbial drain. BUYER BEWARE!
Unparalleled customer experience! Kevin's professionalism and customer service is second to none! He was able to negotiate a below market purchase for a piece of land I wanted. Then, when life suddenly changed directions Kevin was able to sell that same piece of land for me in less than 2 weeks. I have been working with him as an investor for 2 or 3 years now and he is an invaluable member of my team!
Kevin and Amanda are the best! I got randomly assigned Kevin and Amanda through Zillow and it was a bit of luck honestly.
