Wonderful company great to work with.
I had one of the most frustrating real estate experiences of my life working with Kevin and Amanda Faatz of Acropolis Realty Group. I recently submitted an extremely strong offer on a home they listed—$82K over asking, no contingencies, and an escalation clause up to $450K. I was fully pre-approved for a VA loan, having already sold my previous home and ready to close quickly. Be careful with these people. If you're planning on buying a house, make sure all the bills are paid. I know someone that after closing months later received a water bill for thousands of dollars that the previous owner didn't pay. I don't know how that went through the legal department. The lawyers and the other realstate agents involved still didn't take action on resolving the issue.
