I depended on this agency (via Zillow) to find me a home and rely on them for the walk through. Rather than telling me the house is in deep repair mode, I was set forth into a very bad deal. “Oh the structure is fine” they said. Even downplaying the home inspection. I would not recommend this agency, Emily with Acropolis scheduled a showing for my girlfriend and I to see a place on Saturday she canceled it saying she needed to move it to Monday at 5 which we were fine with. Come Monday after two messages Emily never responded and marked the place as sold. At least have decency to communicate what is going on, I’m glad we didn’t waste our gas driving to the location. Please don’t waste your time with this company.
