I rented a unit in the Geddes apartment building in Tipp Hill that TJ Perkins was reasonable for leasing. Based upon my experience with him, I’d avoid working with him as he did not demonstrate integrity or attention to detail. I was extremely dissatisfied with his customer service and follow-through. When we moved in, the unit which TJ was responsible for was in horrible shape. The previous resident had cats that wrecked the carpets and doors. It smelled and it was just disgusting. Dedicated and knowledgeable . Lynda dressed up my house, did all the work to list it and was on top of each and every showing. I had 2 offers after only 3 days on the market..that speaks for itself. She was amazing with communicating right up till the last paper was signed. I would recommend Lynda to anyone!
Wholeheartedly recommend . I met Kevin summer of 2025 randomly after clicking on a home on zillow.com. He was the agent that picked it up. Little did I know how lucky I would become months later.
