BEST GRINDERS AROUND... PERIOD!!! – THIS PLACE HAS AWESOME FOOD AND THE GRINDERS TOP THE LIST! NO ONE AROUND HERE HAS BETTER GRINDERS, NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY. IF YOU LIKE HOT OVEN GRINDERS, THIS PLACE IS A MUST. I'VE BEEN GOING HERE FOR 26 YEARS AND DON'T PLAN ON STOPPING.
Nothing but the GRINDERS – forget the pizza, ambiance, or anything you think *might* be a distraction. You won't find a better fresh grinder anywhere. If you don't know what a grinder is, you're probably happy at Subway. If you want a delicious hot sandwich with fresh meats and cheeses, Acropolis is the place!! Turkey & Pepperoni are family favorites!!
EXCELLENT!! – Not only is the pizza phenomenal here, but if you have the chance try the grinders. You will never have anything better. Especially the triple pepperoni grinder, with just chees and sauce dipped in ranch!! They have the best workers and the family who owns it, is absolutely wonderful!!
You like big? This is it. – These pizzas are world-class. Only if you like great cheeses and ingredients. The "toppings" are buried under a layer of golden-brown cheese and supported by a layer of cheese. I guess so they won't fall off. You'll need a fork to eat it. It's a deep-dish style pizza without a huge dough-crust. Not Chicago-style, but,Athens-style. This is, after all, the Acropolis. The restaurant is always full. Wonderful – My work always orders out here. Whenever we do i always get way more food than i can eat. they offer large proportions at a decent price and have some of the best food in the kirkland area.
