Terrible company. I am a tenant in the Cal Art Building, there is a serious problem with sewer odor that has been going on for months. The building manager is never on site, won't return calls and they refuse to acknowledge or handle the problem. Best way to describe them is incompetent and dismissive. Mr. Darrow should be ashamed of his staff.
