My third time dealing with Acron Roofing. Rob and his staff are the most impressive company I’ve ever worked with. In this era of encountering average service, Acron’s customer service is such a pleasant surprise. Rob’s expertise and willingness to get you what you need always impresses. Highly recommend Acron for all aspects of metal roofing.
5 years after Akron installed my new rubber roof I had water coming in above my back door whenever it rained. Called Rod and he came out the following day and fixed the issue (open spot where siding met the roof on floor above back door). Rod came back a week later to test and verified the issue was resolved. Although the issue was actually a siding issue I was not charged for the repair. Thank you Akron for going above and beyond with your installation warranty!
Brutal service. Literally tar all over the parking lot behind village landing. Poor attempt to clean up with some floor dry. Awful.
