If I could do less than 1 stars, I would do it. I have watched my father in law suffer with a terrible cough and cold for the past two weeks, and he visited this office during the first few days of his illness. They did absolutely nothing to treat him. No medication, no diagnosis, and most importantly they NEVER reached out with his test results from the blood work they took. Absolutely useless.

If you want to get well in a small amount of time this is NOT the place to go. Doctors will take days to get back simple results (if they even tell you?!?!) . My father was suffering greatly in the meantime. We had to actually go see someone else in MT Orab because this location was so utterly useless do not take patients health seriously.

Honestly would not put my health in their hands long term. I've attempted to get treatment to help figure out my needs, but my concerns are usually minimized and seemingly only really due to staff being to busy to take the time to care, literally ignoring the concerns I have come in with. Last time, Amber Thiel blatantly asked me, "Well what is the ONE thing you want us to look at today" and then proceeded to tell me that ultimately what they could do wouldn't likely even be beneficial, but went ahead with it anyway... Dr Hopkins was absolutely a fresh breathe of air, she listened to me, took my concerns seriously, and was non- judgmental and even provided me info to assist with prescription costs. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a good doctor.

Would not recommend. The practitioners that I have seen there don't seem to listen to their patients concerns or to take them seriously. The on site x ray and lab services are great, but not much else.
