This company operates with a lack of any kind of budget management skills or the ability to project finances. The board is completely inept and does not see the problem with fees being approximately 25% of a mortgage. Most board members have likely paid off their homes, so this is not a huge issue for them. I missed two HOA payments during the pandemic which I have made good on. . Subsequent to that I am going through a refinance of my mortgage, Rocket Mortgage informed me that the HOA informed them that I was under litigation (this is after I had made the payments) which I was completely unaware of. I certainly did not receive any calls or notification of this. I contacted ACRI, got voicemail twice, left messages and did not/have not received a call back.
