Dr. Stewart is so warm, kind and empathetic. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend Acres Mill Veterinary Clinic.
They could improve by getting a more welcoming receptionist that actually tries to help and not sit there making excuses. My puppy has a bullet in him, most places want business during a time like this. I definitely won't be spending my money there.
I would not recommend this vet clinic. the staff is very nice, but they take ur word for what's wrong with ur pet. I took my cat there a week ago for worry about potential uti. no testing was done. she was given an injection. which I found out later was for anxiety. no urine or blood samples taken to rule out a uti. was sent home with anxiety medicine for her. gave her two pills, no change. so I took her to a different vet for s second opinion.....they did a urine and blood sample, found crystals in her urine....signs of a u... read more
Dr. Stewart and all the staff are all so amazing! Very professional and attentive. And the groomer Kelly there is also amazing. Best groomer around! Highly recommend Acres Mill!
Had an emergency experience with a Coyote attacking our Boxer. Our Boxer (Female, 11 y.o.) OUT RAN the Coyote but, not without Bites all over her back end & leg. Our family really appreciates the professionalism & kindness shown to our dog. Thank You Acres Mill!
