A few months ago they installed tie rods ends for me and they did a good job at a good price. So when I needed to have a drive shaft installed I had them do it. What a mistake. I can't get the wheel off! One of the lug nuts just spins. I'm offended as well as angry. The mechanic could hear that his impact wrench was just spinning and that there was a big problem. For him to send me on my way with the car in that condition is unbelievable.
Recently had neon lights installed. The front tube fell off in the middle of driving. Looks like the skid plate was not fasten all the way and the neon tube fell from the skid plate into my wheel going down the highway. Poor quality. Will be taking my car to more recognized custom shops. Spent $250 for labor and $150 for the kit so I have to buy a new kit. They had my car for two days and I am still back at square one. The custom shops in okc are way better.
