This is a wonderful family owned business. They are honest, reliable, and trustworthy. When I needed new brakes I called around and they were the least expensive shop in town. I had to get a lot of work done but they were honest about what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait. They could easily have told me to get everything done all at once and I’d never have known any better. They also did amazing work. My car drives like it’s brand new since I had it serviced there. I love this shop it’s cheap and good work, I arrived 10 minutes before they closed needing atleast an hour of work done and they stayed late just to help me out and were very helpful and polite, they engaged in conversations, I met the owner and he is a stand up man with good morals 10/10 experience
Let me begin by: I’m a woman. I always get nervous trying someone new to work on my car, for fear I’ll be taken advantage of with pricing, or things of this nature, as I know very little about cars, and it’s happened to me in the past. I had seen the sign that you could bring your own parts and they’d do the labor. So I took my brake pads in and they gave me an amazing (in comparison to 4 other calls I’d made) estimate. Didn’t even get to know the price of the repair, I came in for bumper and hood repair and the estimator is telling me I have to buy the light from him and get it fixed by him when I don’t even need a light, he goes on to tell me that I’m trying to outsmart him by explaining to him that I don’t need the light fixed. The staff are nice but the estimator is not reasonable.
