Didn’t even get to know the price of the repair, I came in for bumper and hood repair and the estimator is telling me I have to buy the light from him and get it fixed by him when I don’t even need a light, he goes on to tell me that I’m trying to outsmart him by explaining to him that I don’t need the light fixed. The staff are nice but the estimator is not reasonable.

A few months ago they installed tie rods ends for me and they did a good job at a good price. So when I needed to have a drive shaft installed I had them do it. What a mistake. I can't get the wheel off! One of the lug nuts just spins. I'm offended as well as angry. The mechanic could hear that his impact wrench was just spinning and that there was a big problem. For him to send me on my way with the car in that condition is unbelievable.
