I have 3 senior girls who require lots of understanding and patience. Dr.Alex and her techs always make sure my babies are not rushed and are so gentle with them. All three of them had separate issues going on at the same time. I was able to call and get a double appointment and then another only a few days later. Dr. Alex is thorough and will take the time to explain the issues at hand as well as options available for care. Most friendly, caring, compassionate group of people!! Staff is always ready to help with a happy greeting! A few Months ago I did not realize my pup ate the tip of a pacifier. It lodged in his intestines and he had to spend the night at their VB emergency office. Next morning such a sweet call from vet that he had passed it with their help! So thankful to them!! One of our dogs was seen at Acredale Animal Hospital of Great Bridge last week for her yearly exam. I was impressed at how organized they were in spite of covid-19. Our 4 dogs are patients here, and they all receive excellent care.
THANK YOU to Acredale Animal Hospital of Great Bridge. We had to take two of our dogs up there today (hello spring allergies). They had us wait in our car until it was our turn, came to the car to get the dogs, after the exam the doctor called us to fill us in on what was going on/plan of attack, front desk then called back for payment, then they brought the dogs, receipt, and medicine back to the car. Absolutely Dr. Meador, Dr. Alex, and Dr. Cortney are excellent as is the rest of the staff. Dr. Meador is like our family doctor for our pets.
