Prompt and courteous. Tried to resolve a problem with my sliding door, but issue was with the original installation (from another contractor). Made adjustments to try to make it look better. Would definitely recommend.
Pat came out to reinspect the sliding glass doors after they were still leaking on the inside track during rain. A different rep came out last month and the issue got better but was not fully resolved. Pat was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that he explained what he was doing and he took the time to do everything possible without taking the doors out. (We’re trying to avoid that if we can.) I’m confident he got the issue resolved!
