Just arrived back from a drive from Sowerby Bridge to Acre Mills for an appointment at the Eye Clinic Appointment was for 11.15 am.After 45 minutes wait I am told I cant have my eye injection today, so now have to go back tommorow at 3pm for the injection.Why acceot an appointment knowing its not going to have the outcome I expected.No real reason given for the refusal iether which is very rude.One old gentleman came all the way from Todmorden only to be refused his injection.Appauling service needs looking into.
