This has been, without question, the worst company I have ever dealt with. From the beginning, they made empty promises about new businesses coming into the plaza, yet for four years I was the only open business surrounded by vacant units. I’ve sent an email, left voicemails and even spoke to a different employee who said they would get look at their listing and send me information when they got back to their desk only to be ghosted. I reached out to inquire about an active listing on crexi they have for lease. However, they this company doesn’t answer the phone or return any emails. I definitely wouldn’t use them for my listings.
