DONT EVER BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I am a single mom. I work full time & go to school in downtown indy part time. I had been saving every penny I could to get us a dependable vehicle & just pay cash out right. I bought a used van in Oct. 2011 from the Shelbyville Acra (but they had it delievered from the Greensburg location), I have had nothing but problems since I got it. Women need to be treated with respect – I came in here looking for a car. This place acted like I was an idiot. But as an elementary school teacher, I had done my homework and research. As a result I was spared overpaying for a car.. and for the payments. If you go here, come armed with research and don't expect that you will get the best deal just because they say so.
burned. ripped. gypt. – Car I bought there broke down. Oh well. Live and learn. I wish I could do it all over again. I guess I agree with the posts here.
No better dealer in the area – I had great success. Bought a Chevy and it was perfect. Got a great price and interest rate. Salespersonn was really good. Liked him alot and took care of me. Cannot say enough good things about this place.
What happened to standing behind a product? – Bought a used car. Had problems. Didn't matter one lick to this dealer. Don't let it happen to you!!! I was too trusting and learned my lesson.
Anyone want a used lemon? – So I saw an ad for a used car. Bought it. And you know what? I got a lemon. These guys put on all kinds of parts that were not original. LIke cheap second hand stuff. SO over a thousand dollars later, I paid ANOTHER dealer to get the car in shape. What happened to integrity of local businesses?
excercise caution and buyer beware – I've bought a lot of cars in my day. But was real disappointed with my purchase at Acra shelbyvill. Dealer advertised car as waranteed and upon close of deal turned out car wasn't covered. Asked for help from them and they refused. Maybe others have had luck here but have to say, it would have been easy to rectify the situation. Never ever had this happen before so leave with a real bad feeling.
