AC&R came right out to address the issue with our heat pump. They were polite, professional, prompt, and reasonably priced.
Customer Service, professionalism, and product sold is so good we are in the process of having our second mini split unit installed by AC&R. Our first mini split was installed 2 years ago in our circa 1940 house and we just couldn't be happier with its performance. We just had 2 Mitsubishi ductless air-conditioner / heat pump units installed here. We have been dealing with AC&R since the early 1980's and, as usual, are very satisfied with this local company. Installation by Gary and Jim was great - very neat and professionally done. The equipment, as recommended by Dave, looks great, works very quietly, and is doing exactly what it was designed to do!
