We rented a lift from ACR this past week and unfortunately one of the hydraulic hoses broke while we were working. Their team was extremely helpful, they immediately offered to bring out a replacement lift and attempt a repair on site. They ended up fixing it right there, so no swap was even necessary. On top of that, they cleaned up the oil spill on the ground and gave us an extra day at no charge, since the incident had put us behind schedule. Showed up on time & did the job! Looks great. Adam made a few good suggestions for other fixes and we also did those. A good ezperience and would recommend to others. They have done a few projects for us so far with more to come.

After investing $8,850 with ACR Roofing Ottawa, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, communication and overall execution were below standard.
