Showed up on time & did the job! Looks great. Adam made a few good suggestions for other fixes and we also did those. A good ezperience and would recommend to others. They have done a few projects for us so far with more to come.
After investing $8,850 with ACR Roofing Ottawa, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, communication and overall execution were below standard.

Adam and his team are so professional, honest and hardworking. We had our roof done Sept 2025 by someone else and unfortunately he botched the job which caused leaking and water damage in our baby’s room. Adam came out to us right away to inspect the issue, found the problem, and fixed it right away. He even found other issues that the previous guy ignored! I originally hired this company to replace some gutters. First, before giving an estimate they inspected all the gutters and sent pictures of what needed replacing with the estimate. The team that came and did the work were very professional and left the area cleaner than before. While replacing the gutters they noticed that most of the flashings on the roof needed replacement. Again pictures were sent with the estimate and photos of the repairs were included in the invoice. Excellent work.
