Ryan (owner) was amazing! This company is great! Due to covid and the high school just notifying the kiddos there WILL be a Prom, I called about 3 days before the special day, and Ryan not only had a great white limo available, his price was best around! He showed up early, he was dressed up very nicely and he was very professional and so reassuring that these special kiddos would be in great hands with him all night! I used ACR Limousine for the first time last week. Excellent service. Driver was very prompt on pick ups and very professional. I will use this company for all future services and highly recommended.

Worst experience ever! If you want to make sure you actually have a ride, then do not call this company! Do not waste your time! They will tell you that you are confirmed and then they will ignore your calls and emails and then not show up the day of your event, leaving you stranded!

If I could give this less than one star, I would. A week before our event, we called to confirm and they didn’t answer any calls, Facebook messages, emails, texts, & I left countless (they even read the Facebook messages). They no showed our event & then blocked us on Facebook the next morning.
