Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Ken and his team. Provided top notch air duct cleaning and addressed a water issue in our basement. If anyone is in need of air duct cleaning, water damage/ restoration, etc. no need to look any further. This is by far the best company in the area without a doubt and they have the reviews to back it.
EDIT: A few weeks later, got this in the mail! Great company! You will NOT be disappointed!!! Can’t recommend Ken and his team enough!!!! First off, he’s a veteran, I always try to utilize vets first! But I found that out AFTER the fact. Within hours of contact, they came out for an estimate that blew us away! Ken and his team at ACR did a great job on a property after a tenant had moved out. The tenant unfortunately let his dog pee inside of the home. ACR was very prompt, affordable, and made the property new again. I would give 10 stars but there are only 5 available. If you are looking for a company who cares, call ACR.
I will be using this company for now on! Super professional, thorough, and made sure that the job was done beyond my expectations! They also quoted me a price that was HALF the price of the other quotes we've gotten.
Ken provided outstanding communication and customer service and really went above and beyond in supporting me with the issues I was having. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided concise, clear information and recommendations regarding the necessary steps for resolving a complex situation in my house.
