Ken and his team at ACR did a great job on a property after a tenant had moved out. The tenant unfortunately let his dog pee inside of the home. ACR was very prompt, affordable, and made the property new again. I would give 10 stars but there are only 5 available. If you are looking for a company who cares, call ACR.
EDIT: A few weeks later, got this in the mail! Great company! You will NOT be disappointed!!! Can’t recommend Ken and his team enough!!!! First off, he’s a veteran, I always try to utilize vets first! But I found that out AFTER the fact. Within hours of contact, they came out for an estimate that blew us away! Kenneth Brown and the ACR team are absolutely your local professionals for all things mold, ducts, crawlspaces, and basements. I have used them numerous times for mold remediation, basement encapsulation, and post-flood restoration on property from my personal home to rentals. I wouldn’t call anyone else!
I will be using this company for now on! Super professional, thorough, and made sure that the job was done beyond my expectations! They also quoted me a price that was HALF the price of the other quotes we've gotten.
