As a tenant for a property they manage, I can’t say enough good things about Aquire and its employees. We are so sad to be leaving them after three years. They always go above and beyond to get any and all maintenance requests answered in a timely fashion and have always treated us so kind. 5 stars all the way!
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, IF YOU WANT A SAFE, LEGAL UNIT. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I complained about my A/C panel for over 100 days... upon move out.. after supposedly having it "fixed" twice, still smelled like it was on fire, and wouldn't cool down past 84 degrees... in the state of Arizona, 84+ degrees, is considered to be unlivable. New UPDATE: 1 month and 1 week ago our AC went out during an extreme heat advisory in affect. We were forced to go all weekend without the AC. And now it's out again. The repair guys are supposed to be here (same company) but they are not. I was trying to find the number online and they fo not seem to exist. I only found a listing for the BBB that states this company is not BBB accredited. ____________ Our AC stopped working on Friday and we called.
