Not for short term rentals. Great building. Best management. Nice view. Condo building is not meant for short term rentals. Management is not there to take care of short term renters.
Do not stay here! So many better places at the beaches that do not have rude management and outdated units. This place is a dump with an illusion of security.
Very secure for vehicles entering, nice property and a very good and efficient maintenance man-security officer.
We rented a condo for two weeks and were very disappointed. The condo was badly in need of a refresh. The oven door would not stay closed. We couldn't cook in it. The walls were horrible scuffed and had holes in them and the doors. This unit looks as though it had been through hundreds of red-neck tenants. We were locked out at 11:30 at night because we forgot the key when we went out to put something in the car. The building door needs a code rather than a card.
