I have been using it for two weeks and already I can see a difference. Immediately after scuba diving my ears are full of water and makes hearing difficult. After using acqua-md for a few seconds I have instant relief. My ears feel so much clearer and I no longer worry about ear infections. The Nibs are easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow. I bought this product on the recommendation of PADI scuba instructor and I would have no problem recommending this to others.
