The work was RUSHED and sloppy. I’m extremely disappointed and I won’t be coming back ever! Do yourself a favor and go to another location!!! I’m not even kidding…

I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. My experience here was unpleasant from start to finish. An older woman did my nails and used what I believe to be an illegal nail drill on my natural nails; something no professional should ever do. She was not paying attention during the service, and the drill repeatedly slipped off my nail, irritating the skin around it multiple times. No apology, no acknowledgment, just careless work. I had bad experience today. I stopped doing my nails there long time ago and I am done with their bad customer service. However today I decided to give them a chance and waxing my eyebrows, it is convenient and close to me. I made a big mistake going there. To start off the women doing my eyebrows used very hot wax it burned my skin and I left with very bad red spots on my skin. Have you ever seen a place and thought, “I’ve always wanted to try them?” Well, I did and was so disappointed. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This manicure was absolutely terrible. Possibly the least experienced technician I have ever had. The corners of my nails were not polished. She rushed through polishing and left streaks. I asked to have the nails cut down “a little” but she cut them as low as she could. Basically, I could have done this at home, which, unfortunately I need to do.
