I really don’t know where to begin. First, let me start with the positive things. I really love our apartment layout. The faux wood floor are beautiful and mimic real wood very well. The closet space is enormous and the rooms are a nice size. I have a 3bdrm 2bth apartment and have lived here 2 months. Now the negative things, the apartments are old. The appliances are old. This place is horrible, stay away!
We can't wait to move out of this neighborhood! We've lived here for 3 years in 2 apartments. We pay close to $1,000 for a 2 bedroom "upgraded" apartment but the only thing upgraded are the floors and appliances when other "upgraded" apartments have newer cabinets, hardware, appliances, floors, and bathrooms. Bad experience in our scheduled tour, if this is how they operate, I would stay away!
Rent is different with different customer. If you move without checking website price, they will charge you different high price. I was there one year they never mail me and never contact me. Be careful inform the lease house before 3 month to move out unless you will be charge double rent. They will not excuse you even a week late. And one more thing this apartment house when I move there, the road was worse look like this apartment house is in remote village.
my car robbed, it was on the same floor where there are cameras, I have several times asked managers to show me the video recording, but they told me that all of them are busy (and they are very sorry) they don't cere what happened!Nice place to live!
The apartment was well maintained as were the grounds and pool. Maintenance responded quickly to all requests.
Location is great but the management is terrible. It took days to clear the sidewalks during the snow. Management is nearly unresponsive on maintenance issues. There are a TON of college students so if you are a college student…this is the place for you. If you want a nice quiet well maintained place…this is not for you.
These apartments are run by UDR, a real estate investment firm. When we moved here after selling our big house, it was managed by Lincoln Properties. In the last five years, UDR has lumped this property with the rest of the "lesser" properties at Legacy Village. Our services have decreased as our costs have sky-rocketed. We used to have our own concierge with an office in our building. No longer. We have a private pool for our own building. It has, however, been a battle to keep the residents of other buildings out.
