New to the area from Flushing, and I've called around looking for a new pharmacy to transfer my scripts to... It's been an interesting journey to say the least. ACP couldn't have been more helpful and nice. Other pharmacies in the area have literally hung up on me/refused to help after hearing my name (I wonder why), while having zero issues with my husband's non-ethnic sounding name. I really don’t know who controls the delivery side but they need a better process. Multiple times they have text me same day and I have to stop everything for my child meds. They need a better system where they let their customers know that they will be delivering a day or 2 days ahead. This is ridiculous I just got off the phone it my child Dr and said to send his prescription to my nearby phmacry .
