I hired this company because I own several investment properties, and it was the best choice I could have made. I'm very busy all day, and honestly, it was an incredible decision.

I understand this company does roofing work for many companies throughout Florida, and they may perform well in those types of contracts. However, dealing with them directly as a client is a very different experience. The level of service, communication, and follow-through did not meet expectations.

So far, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Over the past three months, I have been given repeated assurances and start dates that were not honored. Even as of today—the date my job was supposed to begin—I continue to receive inconsistent information and excuses. The project management and follow-up have been severely lacking. I have primarily been in contact with Carolina, who has repeatedly made commitments that were later changed or not fulfilled, often shifting responsibility to “the city.” ... read more
