I’m currently an employee of ACP, but in ALL HONESTY, it’s NOTHING LIKE prior agencies I have held employment.
Stay away from this company. They allow fraudulent activity even if you report it. I told Pauline several times the provider on file was not the provider that comes to my mom’s house. I even told the Registered Nurse Arline about the fraudulent activity. They were too concerned with who had the power of attorney versus taking care of the client.
Very professional and helped my mother tremendously last year with PT / OT and nursing services!
Great service, highly recommended!!
A lot has changed - so changing review.. we were able to get issue resolved and they provided outstanding nurse- we are really happy and would highly recommend this place
