When I placed my order for my daughter’s headphones for school the shipping stated $9.95 to my address. Today I get a call stating that UPS charges $19.95 to ship to residential and that I could have them ship to the school for the $9.95. they stated the called and got permission from the principal. Mind you how did they know what school to call because I never entered the school information on my order.
