I was hit a month ago by a mail truck. My car had to be towed from the scene and there was over 6000 in damage. Carlos actually made my car look BETTER then when I brought it to him. Thank you so much Carlos!! I would definitely recommend him anyday!!!

I had never been to ACP, but my insurance listed it as the number 1 body repair shop in my area. I stopped by, met Carlos, and set up a repair date. When I arrived, my rental car was waiting for me. At this point I should mention that there were numerous body problems with this 2013 Hyundai Sonata. At the approx. date he called to tell me it was ready. Carlos is a magician when it comes to paint and bodywork. He transformed my beloved Civic from 'mangled mess' to 'showroom new' after a recent run-in with an F250. Having had bodywork done before, I know how corners get cut in an effort to save money on a job but Carlos did no such thing. He even detailed my car for me before I picked it up! You'd never know there was ever any damage to my car and now I'm proud to drive Civic Steve again! Great job, 'Los!!
Brought my Nissan pathfinder in for a hole in the bumper and Carlos was amazing!! He fixed the bumper perfectly, looked brand new. He also knew it was a lease and we were trading it so he went around and fixed any little scratches and cleaned the whole inside of my car!!! Amazing work, very personable and reliable!! About a month ago I was hit by a old lady driving into work. It was my first automotive accident I've ever been in. I decided to bring my car to A.C.P collision. When I was there Carlos walked me step by step of how my car was going to be fixed. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had about the process.
