Best customer service and quality!
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this company. If you’re considering purchasing Owens Corning insulation, be aware that their stock availability may not be as advertised. They provided an estimated shipping time, but after a week, I followed up only to learn that they were still waiting for the shipment themselves. This caused significant delays, which was especially frustrating given my project deadline. Did not send me the product I ordered. Be careful when ordering products over the phone. I do not recommend ordering custom products with Acoustimac based on my experience.

Had a custom order over 300. Sound panels did not work, and they would not refund the order. Not a good time with representative either.
