I ordered a large center channel “KLIPSCH “ the description was EBONY- Does not match my significant system of the same manufacturer where the definition was EBONY-and all components are dark black “Ebony” It arrived in a dark brown color-with lots of a wood grain finishI called the company multiple times and left a detailed message with my phone number never had the courtesy of a return phone call! Nothing less than pathetic customer service.
Same as everyone else. Do not ship with these guys. Do not order or purchase. Lady and rude
Bad customer service, won’t unload you if your days early, I’m gonna just sit in there driveway and wait to get unloaded
Carriers. DO NOT SHIP for these guys. Wearhouse is off Patrick Lane! They are lazy and will NOT unload you for days. Their workers sit around doing nothing all day while you have a load with no one else there. STAY away! Drive up their RATES and DO NOT Ship. I know most owner operators looks at reviews. Patrick Lane, DO NOT DRIVE FOR these guys or any broker who tries to!
Their shipping department are a bunch of fools. It will days or months for anything because they refuse to work!
