Bank assigned my appraisal to TONY ACOSTA. Would NEVER work with this guy after several brief dealings and called bank and requested a new appraiser. TONY ACOSTA - his 'know it all' and your the pion, abrasive and caustic, and 'prove you wrong' and go on 5 min diatribe about it on the phone till you feel beaten...attitude was not at all pleasant to work with.
