Went in for plugged up ears and the doctor/NP didn't even look in them. Prescribed me a steroid when I really needed an antibiotic which resulted in me having complications and potentially some permanent hearing loss. Staff are nice but have no clue what they are doing. Updating just to add that I found out later my eardrum ruptured because I didn't receive antibiotics in time. So there was in fact some potentially permanent damage due to the negligence of this clinic. Don't go here!

Fast, clean, friendly and convenient
I have gone to this urgent care twice before making this review; I will say it is very clean, efficient and the staff are very courteous. Too many Las Cruces health care locations have either a good medical team and awful support staff, or so so support and a so so medical staff. This place is not that. It will likely be my go to urgent care. The waiting room is smaller than most with about eight seats, but you will not be there long enough to worry. I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Acosta’s Urgent Care. Dr. Acosta, Samantha Bustillos, NP, and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They made sure my pain was addressed and helped me feel so much better.
