They sent some one the next day a called after my AC stopped cooling. The issue here is no one bothered to fix it correctly. The only interest was to get me to buy a whole new equipment that they were charging me $12,000.00 for. They said my AC was dead charged me $700 for a part that didn't fix the problem. My husband fixed the "no more functional, dead" AC, like they said, with $6.00. I called them, and I was told they would call me back a week later and no call. I would not recommend Acosta to anyone who needs a new unit or service. Lauren sold us a 2-1/2 ton unit which I later learned should have been a 3 ton unit. I asked her repeatedly to explain how she figured a 2-1/2 ton unit for 1,895 square feet and 16 vents and all I got in return was very vague answers and never anything in writing. We also paid for years worth of maintenance and none of their techs ever informed us of a serious mold problem that we had in our ducts. IF I COULD GIVE @Acosta heating and cooling IN CHARLOTTE NC ZERO STARS I WOULD. THE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN HORRIBLE THE WORSE IN MY 30+ YEARS OF DEALING DIRECTLY WITH COMMERCIAL CONTRACTORS. THEY SHOULD HAVE INSTALLED OUR 3 HVAC SYSTEMS TO A COMMERCIAL BUILDING ON JULY 10, 2015. THEY NO SHOWED AND FAILED TO CALL US. I CALLED THEM AROUND NOON THAT DAY AND GOT "OH YES WE HAVE TO COME ON JULY 14TH INSTEAD. I called for a free estimation to buy a new unit. I asked in the phone how much is it? They told me it was for free; However, when they arrived at my home they forced me pay for diagnostic. They were rude.

My unit was fine till they looked at it.Paid for maintenance plan and they never did the work.Called another co and discovered they never even cleaned my unit or charged it.The owner would never call me back.

Great Experience – Exceeded all my expectations, superb order taker at the office, listened to all my gripes about prior HORRIBLE experiences with Adams and Morris Jenkins. She then apologized for the bad serviced I received. She then assured me Acosta could take care of my problem. Which they did. Service technician arrived on time took care of our home explained what our problem was and gave us a firm price to repair the system. Took him 2 hours but problem solved the first time.
