Fantastic staff, compassionate and highly skilled.
I recently had questions about my account and needed to understand if any family members had a bill due. Kristen was an amazing help, even giving me her cell number during the call to send her the needed insurance info so the process would go much quicker. It was a new ins carrier for a dependent and I was able to get her all the information she needed immediately to resolve the issue. She was professional, efficient and very knowledgeable about the process. It was such a pleasure to work with her!
