I’m a new patient since Dr Chaytor joined the practice. I am so impressed with this office. The phone always gets answered quickly and I’m able to see the dr in a very timely matter. Thank you for that.
It is quite literally impossible to get a single appointment - its only call ins the day of for infections or colds otherwise you have to book online which only allows you to book within 2 months and it is ALWAYS fully booked. If you have cancer, a terminal illness, chronic illness, need a follow up or referral - goodluck - find another medical clinic please for your own good🙏
I am so grateful to have such a great doctor and health care team. I have been a patient of Dr. Little's for a long time. I always feel like she takes time to listen and then recommends the best pathway forward. When I am worried she is very reassuring. I appreciate her honesty and vast amount of knowledge, experience and expertise. The nurses are fantastic and so are the front desk team. Dr Austin has been the best family doctor for 38 years and sad to see her retire. The new location Acorn to Oak started out ok, but the same snarky receptionist still work there. I have been a patient since they were located at Baker St, then the Eaton Centre and now Scottsdale. Now Dr Austin is retiring we are not able to see the Nurse practitioner Karen Cox even though we have been clients of hers.
