We used Acorn on Washington for a few months while selling our home. We expressed concern that the ceiling leaked creating a potential of ruining our things. We were not able to use the full space as we tried to keep water from ruining our things. No one showed concern or willingness to compensate our rent. We got out as soon as possible.
I had a very professional experience during a sales call for pricing and availability.

I RENTED a storage unit from this place for over 6 months paid $103 a month and I recently cleared out my storage unit and I had left one little box and a bag of trash and a old picture frame in there I didn't want to put the box or the bag in my vehicle because It had the mouse droppings all over my belongings in my belongings around my belongings my boxes got wet damage from the weather somehow had to throw things away that were mildewed and moldy they literally burned up my phone for 5 days to make me go back there and re... read more
