Fast and efficient service. Very knowledgeable service person and excellent assistance in understanding and using the stairlift.
Should have had one of these installed years ago. Works better than I thought. Had 2 added to my house. Down side? I have to finish my honey dew list, no excuses, no restrictions now.
This is the best thing we ever did. Our 14 stairs are very steep and this makes it so much better for us to get up them. The installer was really good at putting this in. If I was a young person and there was one of these already in the house I would leave it there. I can see many other great uses for this chair.
Update: husband stayed home with a head cold. Did the troubleshooting. Guess what?! We need a technician. Still no call to schedule a visit. I have emailed repeatedly. This thing is of ZERO use and CS is a joke. Thank God we are not dependent on it for ambulation assistance. We’d be stranded for weeks. My mum? She can’t visit nevermind eventually move here. These chairs and rails were a costly investment and SUPPOSED to have a parts and services warranty. It is is of zero value if they won’t attend the property to fix the th... read more
Excellent service from everyone I dealt with. Whalen did an excellent installation on both upper and lower level and explained how to work lift, warranty and service if needed.
