Acorn Storage was one of the few facilities I found close to my home with an actual manager in the office, not a kiosk. Helen Good, the manager, was very friendly and professional. The facilities appear very clean and well maintained, I thought they were just built, but Ms. Good said they were four years old. Even with record rainfall this week, the floor was dry in the unit, and the drive was well drained. So far I am very pleased.
Helen at Acorn Self Storage was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire rental process was quick, easy, and stress-free thanks to her. It’s clear she truly cares about providing excellent customer service and making sure her customers have a great experience. I highly recommend Acorn Self Storage, and if you have the chance to work with Helen, you’re in great hands!
Always closed so I couldn’t send my notice to leave, I already had everything moved out and they had already known I moved out, but instead of saying anything to me they waited until the 1st of next month so they could charge me another $120. You’re always closed and I can’t even contact you
The move easy. Helen was very professional and great to work with. Very helpful with the layout of the facility.
