I own a home in Durham that I really love but recently moved to Chicago. I just started working with Gina to get it rented and she has been a GIFT. So many things that have stressed me out, not being able to handle long-distance, have been handled basically overnight. She even got my property listed and a lease signed way faster than expected. I want to be a good landlord and hope my house becomes a special home for someone else and she's helped make that possible.
