Bloomington Acorn amino Storage is a storage facility I highly recommend. The location is kept clean, has great lighting inside with full security camera coverage. The main loading dock is inside the building for ease of loading and unloading.
We had a great experience with Acorn Storage in Bloomington. The attendant was so friendly and helpful. The place is PRISTINE clean and very well maintained. If you pay yearly your rate will stay stable. The attendant gave me a reduced price when I complained about the increase. Overall we have been extremely pleased with this storage place.
We had a good experience setting up our storage agreement with Acorn. Elesha and Taylor made sure we had all the info needed and had a super smooth move in day for our storage! We did have an issue with a leak but was quickly resolved. I have to note that we started the rental in March and moved out the end of September and there were a couple of increases in the rental price while we were there. I always received great service though and good communication.
The convenient location and the easy key code access system makes storing my extra things at Acorn quite easy. Additionally, the manager at the location I use is very easy to deal with, and she goes out of her way to make my storage experience a good one.
Seems clean but when signing up, it's not very clear as to if the unit is temp controlled. I have both inside and out. It'll have measurements and state how many are left, so better reserve quickly! I don't like being rushed to pick something... There are no accessable restrooms/bathrooms when no one is in the office. They do give you a round lock for free.
