Had the worst customer service experience ever! Jasmine the manager was rude and unprofessional. She called me intitled and said, "she does not have to rent me this truck" DO NOT RENT A U-HUAL from them there is other choice close by!!
Owner doesn't care about the customers or their belongings. Has staff cover and make excuses on why building A as no AC and make excuses for him. Building A hasn't had AC for at least 4 months or longer. I am in Real Estate and know a lot of commercial AC guys who can fix or replace in a timely manner. This is BS

We rent from Capt. Hiram’s every few years and it’s always great. The boats are clean and reliable and the prices are good. The food at Capt. Hiram’s is awesome! The French Dip sandwich is terrific.
