Rented online, came in showed my ID and had access to my unit in about 5 minutes. My door to my unit is a little janky but the price for a 10'x20' is the same as my 5'x15' unit down the road & this one is closer to my home so it's worth the slightly older & not as nice units here. After all I'm just storing bins of crap, I don't need everything to be shiney.
I feel that my treasured belongings are safe and secure! I would recommend Acorn Mini Storage to everyone!
It's a good place to store your things and they are friendly help you when they can and they update there storage and they cleaning up better too
My experience so far has been wonderful!! The website is so user friendly & easy to access.
Very bad customer service. Young lady in the front office is very rude and disrespectful
